Rebekah Gougeon currently serves as the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Manager and previously held the position of HR Manager at Trowers & Hamlins since April 2015. Prior to this role, Rebekah worked as a Senior HR Officer at Saffery Champness for a year, an HR Advisor at Capsticks LLP for over a year, and held similar HR Advisor roles at Lambeth Living and Lambeth Council. Rebekah began the career in human resources as a Psychology Placement Student at the Home Office, where responsibilities included managing assessment centers and recruitment processes. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loughborough University, completed in 2008.
