Walter Perry

Walter Perry is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in various high-tech roles since 1998. Currently with TROY Group, Inc., Walter leads front-end development for the Intellimark mobile marketing platform. Prior positions include Senior Software Developer at Workplace Options, managing enhancements for the widely used Touchstone application, and Software Developer at RedCoin Inc., where Walter developed processes and managed teams. As Software Development Manager at TTI Wireless, Walter created the Wireless Aircraft Surveillance Platform and secured government funding. Previous roles involve significant contributions at Nortel Networks and Semiconductor Research Corporation, showcasing expertise in application development, project management, and system architecture across multiple programming languages and technologies. Walter holds a BS from Virginia Tech and additional education from George Mason University.
