Terry Leberfinger

Terry Leberfinger, MBA, is an experienced human resources and safety professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Troy University since January 2024. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Terry has held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Safety at KW Plastics/Sanders Companies since January 2018, overseeing approximately 1,800 employees across multiple locations. Previously, Terry served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at ADAC Automotive from September 2014 to December 2018. Other notable roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Gibraltar Industries-Alabama Metals Industries Corporation and various leadership positions at CIRCOR International, Worthington Industries, York International, and WCI Steel. Terry holds a Master's of Business Administration in Human Resources and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership, along with a Bachelor's of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Management.
