Shoaib Hasan

Shoaib Hasan is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in journalism and program management. Currently serving as Programme Editor and Senior Producer at TRT World since May 2016, Shoaib has previously held key positions at Control Risks as a Consultant, at The Wall Street Journal as a Correspondent in Karachi, and at Jang Group of Companies as Deputy Editor - Business. Notable earlier roles include Pakistan Correspondent and Deputy Editor at BBC News and Senior Correspondent at Dawn Group of Newspapers. Shoaib holds an MPA in Human Resource Management and Management Information Systems from Karachi University, completed in 2003.
