Brandon O'Brien

Brandon O'Brien has over 20 years of work experience. Brandon began their career in 1996 as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP, where they worked closely with client personnel at all levels to complete annual audit and quarterly review engagements. Brandon then moved on to Iomega Corporation in 1999, where they were the Manager of SEC and External Reporting and was responsible for all external financial reporting for the $1.5 billion high-tech manufacturing company. In 2003, they joined Fonix Corporation as the VP of Finance, where they were responsible for all financial accounting aspects of the $16 million publicly traded communications company. In 2007, they were recruited to ZAGG Inc. to provide financial leadership and guidance at the beginning of financing and IPO transaction through the process of a reverse merger. Finally, in 2017, they co-founded Tru Fru with two partners and experienced hyper-growth with the introduction of their award winning Hyper Chilled and Hyper Dried product lines, pioneering the healthy Indulgent snacking space.

Brandon O'Brien obtained their MBA in Finance from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 1996. Prior to that, they obtained their BS in Accounting from Utah State University between 1992 and 1995. Brandon also holds certifications as a CPA, CMA, and CFM.
