RaShad May's work experience is as follows:

- From 2014, RaShad worked at TRU Solutions as a Configuration Specialist / Web Developer. RaShad managed configurable changes to the user interface within TruQC using SQL.

- In 2013, RaShad worked at Apple as a Family Room Specialist. RaShad provided technical support for iOS devices and assisted customers with software and hardware related issues.

- From 2010 to 2014, RaShad worked at Office Depot as a Customer Service Specialist II. RaShad was the lead IT Technical support associate, delivering exceptional customer service and increasing their customer service and computer skills.

- From 2012 to 2013, RaShad worked at Schnuck Markets, Inc. as a Material Supply Associate. RaShad demonstrated superior productivity and achieved and exceeded performance and production goals.

- From 2010 to 2012, RaShad worked at Lindenwood University as a Computer Lab Associate. RaShad managed computer equipment, troubleshooted issues, and played a leadership role in facilitating computer lab activities.

- From 2005 to 2008, RaShad worked at Steak n Shake as a Production Associate.

RaShad May began their education at Hazelwood Central High School, earning a High School Diploma in General Education in 2007. RaShad then attended St. Louis Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Computer and Information Sciences. Following this, they transferred to McKendree College in 2009 for one year to study Computer Information Systems at the undergraduate level. Finally, RaShad May enrolled at Lindenwood University from 2010 to 2012, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mass Communications.
