Eryn Mack Legette

Eryn Mack Legette has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Eryn is currently the Chief People Officer at TruAmerica Multifamily, where they lead the company's people strategy. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director and Director of HR & Organizational Development at the same company. Eryn also worked as a Member at Chief, a prominent executive network. Eryn has experience in academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, teaching courses on change management and organization development. Earlier in their career, Eryn was the Head of Human Resources at CTRL Collective, a creative coworking space, and a Human Resources Business Partner at ADP, where they provided strategic HR consulting to business owners and executives. Eryn also held the role of Assistant Human Resource Business Partner at Toys R Us, where they focused on employee relations and compliance. Eryn Mack Legette holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Education and Organizational Leadership from USC Rossier School of Education. Prior to that, Eryn obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Penn State University.
