Michael Gold

Michael Gold has extensive experience in asset management and operations. Michael began their career as a Sr. Asset Manager at Pacific Property Company in 2005. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Asset Manager at Kennedy Wilson. In 2009, they joined JB Partners Group as the Managing Director of Operations and Asset Management, a position they held until 2013. In the same year, they also started working at TruAmerica Multifamily as a Senior Director of Asset Management, and eventually became the Managing Director of Asset Management in 2019. In 2014, they briefly served as the Chief Operations Officer at ACME House Co.
