Paolo R. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paolo most recently worked as an Application Support Specialist at Truata since October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Support Analyst at EDG (Eastern Data Group) from November 2019 to August 2020. Paolo also served as a Customer Support Analyst at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from October 2018 to July 2019. Paolo gained experience as a Trainee Software Developer at FIT from January 2017 to July 2018, and as an Apprentice DevOps at RenaissanceRe from January 2017 to June 2018. Paolo's earlier work experience includes a role as a QA Tester at Risk Intelligence, where they developed and executed test cases and scripts, monitored results, and communicated with management regarding testing scope and improvements in data quality.

Paolo R. completed a Diploma for ICT Professionals in Systems and Principles (7630-04) with a focus on ICT Software Development at FIT COLLEGE from 2016 to 2018. Alongside these educational achievements, Paolo obtained additional certifications including Software Development Fundamentals in C# from Microsoft in October 2017 and MTA: Database Fundamentals certification in November 2016.
