Tom Gardner

Tom Gardner has extensive experience in operations and customer support, primarily with TruBridge since October 2011, where roles have included Operations Lead for Technology & Innovation and various managerial positions overseeing financial and clinical support teams. Responsibilities included managing university partnerships, implementing innovation initiatives, and maintaining accountability for employee performance and customer satisfaction across several applications within the Thrive EHR platform. Prior experience at RadioShack spanned from 1999 to 2011, where Tom held multiple management roles, contributing to sales performance and employee training in high-volume stores. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of South Alabama and is pursuing dual master's degrees in Business Administration and Business Analytics from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
