Jason Hugie

Jason Hugie is an experienced professional in the biofuel and ethanol industries, currently serving as the North American Sales and Service Manager at Trucent since September 2014. In this role, Jason oversees the sales, construction, design, and safe startup of SPX Seitel vertical centrifuge extraction systems in ethanol plants across North America, while also training staff and implementing new technologies. Prior experience includes roles such as Advanced Bio Fuel Project Director at Easy Energy Systems, Manager of Operations at Highwater Ethanol LLC, and Operations Special Projects Manager at Verasun/ICM Ventures. Jason began as a Millwright at Fagen Inc., where involvement in building and constructing grain and ethanol facilities laid a strong foundation for a career focused on renewable energy. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Arts, Entertainment, Media Management and Process Engineering from UCLA, a high school diploma from Burbank High School, and a diploma in Ethanol Technology from The Alcohol School in Montreal, Canada.
