Haris Saleem has worked in a variety of roles in talent acquisition since 2015. Haris began their career at Jean's Shop as a Talent Acquisition Executive - Ecommerce & Digital Media Marketing. In 2019, they moved to TechClan as a Talent Acquisition Executive - In-house. In 2020, they joined eTalent Pool as a Lead Technical Recruiter - Business Development. In 2021, they worked at US Tech Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Lead - International/US - IT Technical Recruiter and at SimplifyVMS as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Lead - Engineering Recruiter. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech & Product at Truck It In.

Haris Saleem has completed a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in 2015. Haris then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from the National College of Business Administration & Economics between 2016 and 2018. In 2018, they also obtained certifications in Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing from Corvit Networks. Currently, they are pursuing an MSc in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the London South Bank University, which they expect to complete in 2024.
