Ken Pawlak

Ken Pawlak has an extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Ken began their career in 1993 as a Program Manager for United Technologies, where they led executive teams for sales and call center operations improvement. In 1995, they moved to Intel as a Strategic Alliance Manager, launching the Intel Internet Phone and Intel web server, and partnering with AT&T, AOL, MCI, and ISVs. In 1996, they became the Director of Business Development at eFusion, a VOIP call center systems startup funded by Intel, Microsoft, and AT&T. In 1999, they founded and became the CEO of Varolli, a SaaS IVR, SMS, and email services company. Ken also held the position of Business Development at ClearCommerce, a leading provider of web credit card transaction processing systems funded by Intel. In 2002, they became the Managing Partner at Nearwaves, a management services company for technology-focused clients. In 2017, they joined Xinova as a Managing Director, offering strategic planning, invention, and commercialization services. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Truckee Applied Genomics, developers of patented reagents to improve molecular tests of tissues and pathogens. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Cardiac Motion.

Ken Pawlak received their MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they studied General Management. Prior to that, they received their AB in Economics from Occidental College.
