Regina Cooley

Regina Cooley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contract administration, customer service, and business management. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at Truckee Donner Public Utility District since January 2017, Regina secured a $300,000 grant and developed the "All Hands Giving Back" program to enhance community engagement. Regina previously held roles as a Records & Administrative Technician and Customer Service Representative III, demonstrating strong attention to detail and high customer satisfaction. As a Business Owner of High Sierra Painting, Regina oversees all administrative functions while supporting their husband in field operations. Regina's background includes managerial experience at Clear Capital, where workflow optimization and resource allocation were key contributions. Regina is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University, building on an Associate's degree in Social and Behavioral Studies from Sierra College.
