Jess Kohler

Jess Kohler is currently working as a GIS Specialist at Truckee Meadows Water Authority since July 2014. Prior to that, Jess held similar positions at EM Strategies, Inc. and Michael Baker Jr. with a background in GIS, mapping, data management, and analysis. Jess also has experience as a Supervisor at UPS, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments. Jess graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Geography and English in 2003.
