Joe Faucher is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in litigating ERISA and employee benefit plan matters. Serving as Director at Trucker Huss since January 2018, Joe has represented various clients, including plan sponsors, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurance companies in federal and state trial courts and appellate courts. Previously, Joe held positions as Special Counsel at Trucker Huss, APC, and Of Counsel at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. Joe began as a Partner at Reish & Reicher, contributing over two decades to that firm. Joe earned a J.D. from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Iowa.
