Cassie Ridge

Cassie Ridge, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management and operations. Currently serving as a Sr Human Resources Generalist at TruckPro, LLC since 2017, Cassie oversees departmental activities, enhances HR business processes for over 400 associates, and develops tailored solutions to various HR challenges. Previously, Cassie held multiple HR roles at Pinnacle™ Agriculture from 2014 to 2017, contributing to recruitment, onboarding, and the development of compensation and benefits packages. Cassie's career began with an internship at Mangrum and Mangrum Law Office. Cassie earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from The University of Memphis in 2017.
