Ted Palmer

Ted Palmer has over 20 years of extensive experience in IT support and management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of IT Support at TruckPro, LLC since March 2015, Ted leads a team of 4 Technical Analysts, providing support for over 1800 end users across 150 locations. Prior to this role, Ted held various leadership positions at Accredo and Accredo Health Inc., where responsibilities included managing Service Desk operations for over 4000 and 3000 users, respectively. Earlier experience includes supporting AT&T Wireless' IT needs for more than 3000 end users and providing hardware support at Stream International. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Southeast College of Technology.
