Daniel Sanchez Hernandez serves as the Sr. Manager of IT Operations Support for the LATAM region at Starkey Hearing, where responsibilities include leading digital transformations on the manufacturing floor, directing operational transitions, and fostering international support structures. Achievements include integrating advanced technology into production processes and enhancing IT asset lifecycle management. Prior to Starkey Hearing, Daniel held various roles at Kwalu, focusing on network security and technology implementation, and at ICAVE and Agencia Aduanal Acierno Milchorena, where experience included LAN administration and technical support. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Technology in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Cristóbal Colón.
