This includes the coordination of distribution and logistics, supply chain optimization, category management, and remanufacturing. They drive business improvement initiatives, manage financial operations including credit and collections, and oversee ecommerce and marketing strategies. The team also focuses on mergers and acquisitions, inventory and quality control, as well as maintaining excellent office management and customer rebate services.
