The leadership team at Trucksters has a wide range of experience in many different industries. A few notable companies they have worked for include Grupo-TT, HH Spain, El Corte Inglés, Flouwin, Cronox Sports, and BTS. They have also worked as volunteer consultants for the Spanish Red Cross. The team's education is just as diverse, with degrees and majors in fields such as Comercio Internacional, Ingeniería mecánica, Vehículos y aeronaves, Social Sciences, and Strategy & Finance.
