Kameel Gaines is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in recruitment and business development within the logistics and trucking industry. As the Founder and CEO of Rig On Wheels Brokerage & Recruitment Services since January 2010, Kameel has successfully guided the company through innovative strategies, building a team from one to 15 employees, and specializing in direct hire and permanent placement services. In addition to directing recruitment efforts, Kameel serves as Head of JOBS at TruckTractorTrailer.com, hosts The Rig On Wheels Show, and co-chaired the African American Women Trucking Association, implementing strategic DEI initiatives to support African American women in trucking. Kameel’s educational background includes an MBA and a BBA from American InterContinental University, along with a marketing certification from the University of Phoenix.
