McKay Tripp is a seasoned professional in the insurance and human resources industries. Currently serving as the Director of Carrier Initiatives, Operations and Relations at Trucordia, McKay plays a vital role in unifying over 250 locations to enhance client services. Prior to this position, McKay worked at RC Willey as a Human Resources Representative, contributing to various HR functions, and held multiple roles at Sanford Rose Associates® - Newman Group, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Executive Recruiter in Risk Management & Insurance. McKay also gained experience as a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer with Moreton & Company and Leavitt Group, starting with an internship in Risk Management. McKay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies from Southern Utah University.
