Kim Contreras

Kim Contreras is an experienced international legal counsel with a strong background in governance, corporate law, and commercial transactions. Currently serving as International Legal Counsel at Trudell Medical Limited since November 2024, Kim previously held similar roles at Vyaire Medical and 3M, focusing on corporate governance and subsidiary management. Early career experience includes positions as Corporate Counsel and Paralegal at Acelity and Bates Wells Braithwaite, respectively. Kim also has project management experience with Trading Standards, where training local businesses on consumer rights was a key responsibility. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sussex.
