Megha Nathaniel

Megha Nathaniel has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Megha is currently working as the Head of Collections at Balancehero India since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director at Florence Capital from October 2021 to May 2023. Megha also worked at Paisabazaar, where they held two different roles: Senior Operations Manager Collections from December 2018 to November 2021, and Head of Operations from December 2018 to October 2021. Before Paisabazaar, they worked as a Senior Manager at Ratnakar Bank Limited from May 2018 to December 2018. Earlier in their career, Megha gained experience as a Supply Chain Operations professional at INFRES METHODEX PVT. LTD from July 2014 to May 2018. Megha also worked as an Area Resolutions Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank from August 2013 to July 2014, and as a Manager at HDFC Bank from November 2007 to August 2013. Megha began their career as an Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2002.

Megha Nathaniel obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Commerce from the University of Madras between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at St Francis De Sales School from 1994 to 2000, with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. Later, in 2014 to 2016, Megha pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English from Singhania University. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they attended Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai to earn a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
