Kristen Lage

Kristen Lage possesses extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at True Benefit since July 2013. Previously, Kristen held various roles within True Benefit, including Senior Manager of Risk Management and Underwriter. Prior to True Benefit, experience included positions at CIGNA as a Business Project Specialist and Medical Underwriting Specialist, where Kristen assessed medical and financial risk. Additional experience includes working as a Long Term Disability Analyst at Hartford Financial Services, analyzing long-term disability applications, and an internship with the Providence Emergency Management Agency, focusing on volunteer recruitment and training for disaster response. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rhode Island College.
