Trinina Hebert

Trinina Hebert has a strong background in the beauty industry, with experience in product innovation and production management. Trinina started their career at Marie-Veronique Organics as a Production Manager and worked there from 2010 to 2014. Trinina then moved on to True Nature Botanicals, where they served as a Production Manager from 2014 to 2016. Since 2016, Trinina has been with True Botanicals, initially serving as a Product Innovation Manager and then being promoted to Senior Product Innovation Manager in 2020. In their roles at True Botanicals, they have been responsible for managing the product innovation process, communicating with contract manufacturers and labs, and building relationships with cross-functional partners in sourcing, regulation, quality assurance, and brand management.

Trinina Hebert received their Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Developmental Psychology from Mills College, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Columbia University from 1986 to 1987, focusing on Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, although they did not obtain a degree during this period.
