Ian Simons, SHRM-CP

Ian Simons, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2008, they worked at Cerner Corporation, where they held various positions including Security Officer, Asset Recovery/Access, Sr HR Service Specialist, HR Compliance/Quality Specialist, and Team Lead. In 2017, they joined Informa as a Human Resources Manager and later became the Head of NA HRSSO Compliance, Systems & Reporting. In 2021, they moved on to True Captive Insurance, where they currently serve as the Director Of Operations. Ian's experience is extensive and covers areas such as operations, compliance, systems, reporting, and human resources management.

Ian Simons, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice from Missouri Valley College, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Ian obtained two certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2020.
