James Oriani M.ed.

James Oriani, M.Ed., serves as the Executive VP of Learning & Org Development at L&OD, LLC, where a premier corporate training and organizational development firm was established. With extensive experience in military and civilian leadership and management, James has also been a Certified True Colors Facilitator since 2017, promoting workplace culture enhancement. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Services at Eastern Florida State College, overseeing contract training and educational programs, and leading the Florida Job Growth Grant/ACTIVATES as Program Director. James co-founded An Owl's Bazaar, LLC, and has held positions in sales training and academia, including Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies at Manhattan College and leadership roles in the United States Air Force, contributing significantly to operations and recruitment. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Counseling-Human Resources from Northern Arizona University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Justice Studies from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
