Ken Strickland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit facilitation, volunteer management, and arts education. Currently serving as a True Colors Certified Facilitator at True Colors International since September 2021, Ken has dedicated over two decades to consulting and facilitating for various nonprofit organizations. Notable roles include Volunteer Engagement Manager at Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City until June 2023, and Vice President of the Board of Directors at Fountain City Performing Arts from January 2018 to June 2022. Ken also founded PerformOUTKC, where a safe, inclusive environment for youth is provided to foster positive identity development through music and creative expression.
