Kristi Oliver is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations within the senior living industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at True Connection Communities since July 2024, Kristi has held key leadership positions at various organizations, including Regional Vice President of Operations at The Blake by QSL Management and Vice President of Owner Relations at Bridge Investment Group. Kristi's tenure at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. included roles as Senior Vice President Regional Operations and Vice President of Operations, demonstrating a strong track record in multi-site and multi-state leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director of Operations and Executive Director at Sunrise Senior Living, overseeing assisted living and memory care communities.
