Tracy Gray

Tracy Birnkrant Gray is currently the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at True Fit Corporation and a Charter Member at TechGC. Previously, Tracy was a Partner at both Holland & Hart LLP and Hogan & Hartson LLP. Tracy also worked as an Attorney at Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro. Tracy holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Brown University.
