Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Culinary & Supply Chain at True Food Kitchen since February 2022, Padilla previously held the position of Vice President of Culinary. Notable previous roles include Executive Chef at Auberge Resorts Collection, where Padilla contributed to a 5-Star Forbes and AAA 5-Diamond restaurant, as well as Executive Chef at The Inn at Dos Brisas, Texas' only Forbes 5-Star restaurant and Relais & Châteaux luxury hotel.
