Kristina Needham

Kristina Needham has had an extensive career in the field of real estate appraisals and client relations. Kristina started working at Valuation Link in 2004 as the VP of Client Relations, where they gained experience in various aspects of business such as accounting, marketing, customer service, and management. In June 2004, they joined Metro-West Appraisal Co., LLC and held various roles within the company, eventually becoming the VP of Client Relations. Kristina worked there until February 2022, gaining a well-rounded knowledge of the industry. In February 2022, they joined True Footage as a Client Manager, where they played a crucial role in leveraging accurate data to deliver fairer and faster appraisals. In January 2023, they were promoted to Operations Manager.

From 2004 to 2009, Kristina Needham attended Eastern Michigan University where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Kristina'sfield of study during this time was Business Administration and Management, specifically General Management.
