Paul Rowe

Paul Rowe is a seasoned professional in the appraisal industry, currently serving as the National Director of Appraisers at True Footage since August 2021. Previously, Paul operated Rowe Appraisal Group from January 2005 to January 2022, where expertise in residential appraisal, expert witness services, and public speaking was demonstrated. Rowe Appraisal Group became the Chicago Area's most reviewed and highest-rated appraisal firm on Google, focusing on diverse clientele including homeowners, banks, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents. Proficient in leveraging technology for efficiency, Paul established a completely paperless operation while specializing in appraisals related to divorce, estate management, bankruptcy, and financial planning. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University and completed further studies at Cornell University in 2018. Prior to the appraisal sector, Paul was a Sales Manager at Tulliani from July 2000 to December 2004.
