Nathan Luscombe

Nathan Luscombe is currently a Compliance & ESG Manager at True. Prior to this, they worked as a Conduct & Compliance Frameworks Manager at Deutsche Bank from June 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the bank's Culture, Integrity and Conduct (CIC) programme through coordination of the CIC Committee (a committee of the Management Board), and its supporting forums. Nathan also managed the Compliance Controls Inventory and took on additional responsibilities to deliver market conduct risk appetite reporting, embed conduct and internal fraud review elements into the bank's RCA processes, and various workstreams related to customer complaints.

From August 2017 to March 2019, Nathan worked as an Operational Risk and Compliance Analyst at Westpac New Zealand Limited. In this role, they were responsible for conducting operational risk assessments, maintaining the Operational Risk Framework, and providing support and advice on compliance matters.

Prior to that, Nathan worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Latitude Financial Services from December 2015 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews of financial services applications and processes.

Nathan began their career in January 2015 as a Collections Officer at GE Capital. In this role, they were responsible for contacting customers who had delinquent accounts and collecting payments.

Nathan Luscombe has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) from The University of Auckland. Nathan also has a Certificate in Professional Legal Studies from College of Law New Zealand. Nathan Luscombe attended high school at Kristin School where they completed the International Baccalaureate.
