Garrett P. Jackson currently serves as Vice President for Philanthropy and Communications at True Ground Housing Partners, a position held since February 2022, after previously holding the role of Director in the same department. Prior experience includes significant roles at Cerner Corporation as Lead Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, as well as at the Housing Opportunities Commission as Special Assistant to the Executive Director. Garrett began a career in consulting with Deloitte Consulting, LLP, and has also worked as a Senior Analyst at Penngood and as a Scholar with the National Governors Association, providing recommendations on best practices in economic, human services, and workforce development. An early internship at the Federal Reserve Board involved policy analysis and outreach efforts to homeowners. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Policy in Urban Policy and Community Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from Morgan State University.
