Joel Madden

Joel Madden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in land development and engineering. Currently serving as Market Partner - Land Development at True Homes since July 2024, Madden previously held pivotal roles at Merrick & Company, where responsibilities included leading the National Land Development Practice and managing Charlotte Operations. Additional experience includes senior project management at RS&H and partnerships at INSITE Engineering & Surveying, alongside earlier engineering positions at PBS&J and Ogden Environmental & Engineering Services. Madden holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Water Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Multi-disciplinary Studies focusing on Environmental Politics and Ethics, both from North Carolina State University.
