Rebecca Pitzer

Rebecca Pitzer, SPHR, began their career in 1998 as a Benefits Coordinator at Rockwood School District. Rebecca later became the Director of Human Resources at the same company from July 2013 to June 2014. In 2014, Rebecca joined True Manufacturing as the Payroll and Benefits Manager, a position they held until February 2020. Rebecca then moved up to become the Human Resources Director at True Manufacturing.

Rebecca Pitzer, SPHR, has a solid education background in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. Rebecca completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from 1988 to 1992. Recognizing the importance of furthering their education, Rebecca pursued a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, spanning from 1992 to 1998. Later, they continued to enhance their knowledge and skills by earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Lindenwood University between 2007 and 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Rebecca also holds two significant certifications. In July 2018, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). This certification demonstrates their expertise and proficiency in the field of Human Resources. Furthermore, in November 2021, Rebecca obtained the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification from the Plan Sponsor Council of America. These additional certifications highlight Rebecca's commitment to staying current with industry standards and their dedication to professional growth.
