Saundra W. Smith is an experienced legal professional currently serving as In-House Counsel at True Manufacturing since August 2020, after progressing from a Legal Intern role within the same company. With a background in warranty customer service, Saundra effectively navigates both domestic and international warranty and tax procedures while ensuring comprehensive customer care. Prior to True Manufacturing, Saundra honed customer service skills as a Customer Service Associate at Shane Co. and took on various administrative roles during academic pursuits, including assisting with career services and serving as a Bonner Scholar Senior Intern at Lindsey Wilson College. Saundra holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Lindsey Wilson University.
