Basit Hussain

Basit Hussain has over 25 years of work experience in various technology roles. Basit started their career at the University of Miami as a Senior Research Associate from 1995 to 1997. Basit then worked at The Technical Resource Connection, Inc. (Perot Systems) as an Information Security Architect from 1997 to 2000. In 2002, Basit became the Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Cerebit Security Applications Inc, where they led the development of their flagship Application Security product and facilitated the sale of the company. From 2005 to 2021, Basit held multiple roles, including CTO, in companies such as True Meridian LLC, Platform Gaming Technologies, Inc., Webtalk, and Orchid.Black. Basit was responsible for managing development teams, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and overseeing critical applications. In 2021, Basit joined Getpronto.ai as their Chief Technology Officer.

Basit Hussain's education history begins in 1980 when they enrolled at the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore. Basit pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, which they successfully obtained in 1984.
