Jerry Kenny

Jerry brings over 25 years of experience in general contracting, project management, construction management, and development to True North Companies as Senior Lead Project Manager. He will oversee areas of construction management including budget planning, cost-estimating, pre-construction, quality and cost control, subcontractor negotiations, construction schedules, and health and safety. He has managed the development and construction of over 10,000 units of multi-family and hospitality developments.
