Venus Kendall, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development and asset management. Currently serving as the Director of Development Services & Asset Management at True North Companies since August 2023, Venus skillfully guides projects from initial concept to successful execution. Previously, as the Commercial Real Estate Portfolio and Leasing Manager/Project Manager for the City of Atlanta, Venus managed leasing and property management activities across city departments and collaborated on complex agreements.
