Michele firmly believes that the development of a company depends on the selection of the personnel that constitutes it, it is therefore assessed both personally and technically; for this reason in his 20 years as an entrepreneur he keeps constant the goal of creating an efficient, ethical and synergistic staff. So he decided to specialize in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Non-Verbal Communication, reading of Microexpressions and Effective Communication.

Thank to this forma mentis Michele is the CEO of the only outsourcing company, with more than 40 employees working in the back office, telephone assistance, commercial, App and Website developers, graphic designers and coordinators, for the e-commerce management of the largest national telephone operator; in addition to being president of Ironfit, the largest ASD in the Monza and Brianza area, which in its 2000 square meters and with a staff of over 20 people, offers the opportunity to cultivate the most arduous sports passions.

He is also CEO of YES23, an SA based in Lugano and specialized in Marketing, Communication and business procurement; his experience and resourcefulness also led him to create a small Mining Farm aimed at “touching with his hand” the operation on the Hardware side and on the Blockchain side, both with Antiminer and with CPU Rig. Michele is that added value for the activities in which the relationship with people are the basis of everything and where effective initiative is needed for the development of start-ups.
