Bob Downs

Bob Downs has over 20 years of technical experience, including plan amendments, trust services, and repurchase liability studies. Bob specialized in small business budgeting, data analysis, process improvement and documentation, and ERP implementation while working as a Small Business Consultant for BlueStone Business Advisory, LLC. Bob also served as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for True North Equity Partners. Previously, Bob served as the President, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Inside Sales representative for Sharrow Lifting Products. Bob started their career at Play It Again Sports as a Manager.

Bob Downs attended Winona State University from 1987 to 1992 where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance.
