TNI serves as a teaching site for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto. We also work with numerous University of Toronto staff on joint research projects and assist in clinical training. We specialize in high-risk obstetrical ultrasound, as well as gynecological and fertility imaging. TNI provides world class diagnostic services in comfortable and convenient community settings. Since 2010, TNI has purchased over 80 new ultrasound machines and has one of the largest digital radiology networks in Canada. True North Imaging (TNI) offers a wide range of outpatient diagnostic imaging services through medical imaging centres in Ontario, as well as through mobile services. These diagnostic imaging examinations, which are critical to early disease detection, consist of ultrasound, x-ray, mammography and bone mineral density studies.
