Kyle Melin

Kyle Melin is an accomplished construction management professional with extensive experience in scaffolding and insulation. Since August 2021, Kyle has served as General Manager at True North Scaffold + Insulation, having previously held the position of Operations Manager from January 2020 to August 2021. Prior to joining True North, Kyle worked at Standard Scaffold & Insulation Inc. from September 2012 to January 2020, progressing through various roles including Superintendent and Project Manager. Kyle's earlier career included a role as Field Supervisor at Wood Buffalo Scaffolding Ltd. and as a Scaffolder at Safway Group. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and crew management, Kyle has consistently demonstrated leadership in both fieldwork and administration throughout the career.
