Erin Galgay

Erin Galgay has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erin started their professional journey in 2006 as a Sales Intern at The Ice Box. In 2007, Erin worked as a Sales Associate at Tree Top Kids. Erin then joined The Washington Nationals in 2008 as a Media Relations Intern. In 2010, Erin began their employment at MIT Lincoln Laboratory as a Console Operator in Facilities Operations, where they stayed until 2013. That same year, they joined True Office as a Manager Customer Experience and later transitioned to the role of Product Specialist in 2014. Erin continued their career at True Office Learning as an Instructional Designer, starting in 2017 and eventually becoming a Senior Instructional Designer in July 2020.

Erin Galgay attended Concord-Carlisle High School from 2000 to 2004. Erin then pursued higher education at American University from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communications.
