Phil Jones

Phil Jones has over 20 years of experience in the financial and insurance industry. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Operations and Finance at True Path Financial and Insurance Services, where they have been since September 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Capstone Partners Financial and Insurance Services as a Financial Representative from January 2015 to September 2017. Phil also spent two years at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative, where they developed relationships with clients and provided ethical and trustworthy service. Before that, Phil worked at Wedbush Securities as the VP Equity Sales Trader and at Wachovia Securities as an Equity Sales Trader, both roles focused on building and managing client relationships and providing relevant research and guidance. Phil started their career at Smith Barney and later worked at Robertson Stephens, where they gained experience in business development, market research, and supporting clients dealing with mergers and acquisitions.

Phil Jones attended San Diego State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Licensed Insurance Representative and in Series 7, 63, and 55 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
