Kaity Cole (Chang)

Kaity (Chang) Cole has a diverse range of work experience in product management, merchandising, and buying. Kaity currently holds the position of VP, Product at True Terpenes, where they are responsible for overseeing all product categories. Prior to this, Kaity worked at Columbia Sportswear Company, where they held various roles such as SR US Region Product Merchant Women's Apparel and SR Merchandise Apparel Manager. Kaity also has experience at Kroger as a Buyer and Category Manager, and at Fred Meyer as a Replenishment Analyst, Assistant Planner, Assistant Buyer, and Buyer Intern. Throughout their career, Kaity has demonstrated expertise in managing assortments, driving sales, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Kaity (Chang) Cole attended Portland State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Science/Business Administration. In December 2020, they obtained two additional certifications: "How to Stand Out" from LinkedIn and "Marketing Foundations: eCommerce" also from LinkedIn.
